The space:
A private road will lead you down the hill to this one-of-a-kind, luxury lakeview home. As you walk in through the double entry doors, be ready to be wowed! The main floor has an open floor plan with soaring high ceilings, a fully functional gourmet kitchen, massive walk-in closets, a large butler's pantry, wine fridges, an expansive outdoor deck, and holds two of the primary bedrooms, with one private suite to include a coffee/wine nook & seating area. Once you go down the stairs, the bottom floor includes a second gathering room, a secondary kitchenette, bunk bedroom, more en suite primary rooms, and a secret children's secret hideout nook.
Two of the overly large walk-in closets are conditioned with heat and AC, making them both perfect for nurseries. Portable cribs/changing tables already in place.

History
Directly in front of our home, you can see pieces sticking out from the water that's left of the old Pickwick dam. You will see many cranes & other different kinds of birds that like to hang out here, and right across the lake is Waterloo & The historical Trail of Tears. The Waterloo River Walk monument is a part of the Trail of Tears National Historic Trail, which includes a retaining wall, a historical marker, and a statue that pays tribute to the Trail of Tears.
